For all the TR and ZB haters out their or even if you're just sitting on the fence, undecided, seeing really is believing. I've not really liked any of the ZB photos but in real life it does look stunning. I'm going to stick with my TR order though.....

Thanks for the tip-off AndyDubbya The cars were unlocked so I managed to get some internal pics and even to sit in the carbon buckets.

ZB is so much richer in person. Pictures tend to make it look flat and washed out.

TR is a great choice. How'd you like the buckets?

TR > ZB

Wonder why the ZB car has black dots covering the PDC sensors.

I have to confess I was nervous spec'ing them without having sat in them but it turns out I had nothing to worry about. They felt amazing, if not a little awkward to exit from, but I guess I'll get used to that!! :-)

I actually think they're unpainted (not black dots) due to them being pre-production cars.

I still don't get why these carbon bucks are electric. They could have saved another 10lbs per seat axing that.

I believe you're right. Don't understand why they'd put a preprod car on display that's unfinished like that. They need to get their sh!t together.

Those help solidify my spec. Only thing I'm thinking of changing is sticking with the blue calipers.

Anyone else worried about the gloss black diffuser and lower front bumper looking like crap after awhile?

More so the front, but yeah. I was thinking of trying to wrap the lower front in body color film but the vertical slats make it difficult. Unfortunately I don't think for those dailying this thing they can keep it clean.

Yeah I get the feeling it's going to have the same problem as black wheels where they look good for 30 minutes after you wash them then immediately get dirty. I am not sure why automakers do these kind of things. Pretty much everyone hates glossy black plastic, why move it to high dirt areas like that? I guess if it's similar to black paint it won't be as bad but I still wish it was body colored.

Likewise. Though I have been spec’ed with blue calipers all along.

Edit, I am still bouncing back and forth from the M Highlight seats though.

I know it’s been said in the past, but I love the grill on this G87… it looks a bit like old BMW.

Agree 100%

And wish they offered a cloth/alcantara version like the e36 and e36. MTech, MRain, etc. Old school and new school combined!

Looking forward to seeing it in person, I keep forgetting to stop at my local dealer, although i am not sure they have it.

These are some of the most visually challenging pics of the G87 I've seen in some time. Guessing it's the phone camera lens and the height at which the exterior pics were taken. I'm on the list for one, but seeing those pics doesn't make me all that excited unfortunately...

Gorgeous car but first mod I'd make is getting rid of those M-themed door panels. They're beyond tacky.

i really like this new look. I dont like how much they charge for these new BMWs and they put these cheap "Camry looking" rear brake calipers on the new G series M cars. come on its an M at least do full brembos... = fail...

Red looks great but they definitely didn’t spend much thought on integrating the front parking sensors.

I had the same question - it's the e-parking brake. Audi does the same unfortunately.

Hopefully soon they'll get at least two calipers so rear pads don't wear so quickly.
