Hey Everyone!
This is my first time posting here but long time lurker.
I just placed an order for a 2024 M240xi in Portimao Blue with a Tacora Red leader interior. I’ve recently started second guessing my color choice and wanted you all’s opinion.
I have a production number and it’s scheduled but I should still have time to make a change.

Do you think it’s going to clash too much? Or is the red deep enough to match?

That’s the hard part. In theory I like it, however it’s a hard spec to see in person to know for sure. From what I’ve heard, tacora red appears much brighter in pictures vs real life. That’s why I kind of wanted to get a larger audiences input.

Also noted, it’s a a spiderman build haha.

I have Tacoma red in mine. It kind of reminds me of unoxygenated or venous blood...

Color choices are personal. And if YOU like it, that's all that matters. However, with Port Blue, I prefer Cognac. If you must have leather, I would select Black.

Both Red and Port Blue are "equally" strong colors. Usually, you don't want the exterior and the interior colors to be competing. You want one dominate and one less dominate but complementary. Like gray exterior and red interior. Or red exterior and black interior.

But again, if you like it, who cares.

I have the exact combo on my M240 and have no regrets. Contrasts nicely and get compliments all the time.

My wife's Portimao Blue over Tacora Red interior should arrive next month, will post pics
