Cycling: How many bikes do you own?
My hybrid is still sitting at the LBS while we try to sell it. I'm wondering if it would be worth keeping just to ride trails every now and then and have something different to keep things interesting. I mean I might get $400 for it, which isn't much. Maybe worth keeping to switch to trails every now and again? Mr. Tonka, you have several bikes, no? How often do you switch around?

Just 1. Specialized TurboX. Electric. Because I'm totally lazy! Oh, and I love cruising at 25 Mph without breaking a sweat.

Between the wife and i, 7.
Hers: TT, Road, Trainer, Mtb His: Road, Trainer, Mtb I also have a nice road bike for sale. So i guess 8 at the moment. I've yet to ride the one that is for sale so hopefully i won't regret selling it. lol I have no real need for 2 road bikes. I kind of want a rainy day road bike, but my schedule is flexible enough to just hold off for a day or use the trainer if necessary. My trainer bike is one part away from being parted out i suppose. I wouldn't ride it out doors, way too sketchy. haha

Used to have multiple, but now I only have 2.
1 - Mountain bike 1 - Road bike Bought the road bike to get into shape for mountain biking, but with dirt so close I haven't touched the road bike in years. I would sell it but then I have invested a penny or two in looking pretty while on the road bike so I might as well keep it for that one day I get an invite to ride a road ride. I used to have multiple mountain bikes but figured I would buy one "do it all" type of bikes instead. Used to have a beach cruiser but figured I never care to ride at the beach and living on a hill means I would rather just ride my mountain bike while riding with my wife. |

Two.
Road bike - ultra expensive everything like a true fred, great target now that I'm out of shape. Cross - steel All City 853 reynolds w/ 1x, should be done today or tomorrow. Hoping that the switch up will rejuvenate my previous obsession
