Great question!

No issue with water unless you submerge those filters. 80-90% chance a factory intake would also ingest the water as well.

I have personally ran front mounts for years in some serious rain conditions on many occasions. Driving in rain storms was a non issue.

Also keep in mind people have been literally running water injection for many years.
