idrive 8 issue
So last week for some reason the car stopped working with the mybmw app so i held the volume button until idrive rebooted left the car and it seemed to have worked at the time. It is happening again and that “fix” doesn’t seem to be working. Held the volume button for 30 seconds and again for 70 seconds and still not working with the app. Any ideas? Anyone know how to hard reset idrive 8? Put an image in here showing its about 11 oclock at night while the app is showing last updated around 3-4pm. Im assuming the car is not connecting to the server.

They released info that the app was having issues due to Hurricane Helene. My wife can't remote start her vehicle via the app & it says her vehicle is at the airport but it's currently in the garage. Shows last updated 5 min ago :
