My Brooklyn Gray/Cognac 230i finally arrived. Very happy with the car, is exceeding my expectations. A few pics;

I'm in Cleveland as well and we were on the same ship! I'm bummed my car hasn't arrived at the dealer yet. Which dealer did you go with?

I have an order for the M but now considerimg the 230i. Looking forward to hearing more feedback from you as far as engine sound (can it go sporty), cosmetics (is it similar to the M) or anything else you think

Lovely stuff mate. Nice to see this colour combo in some pictures. I'm awaiting delivery of my UK M240i, same colour combo but with the shadowline pack. Seeing this just makes me want it now.

Let me just say, it was worth the wait! It does sound good, though not sure how much of the sound is the engine and how much is the sound generator. As far as I can tell the only cosmetic difference is the tail pipes and all the same options are available.

For me the extra power of the 240 would have been wasted, I've had high horsepower cars in the past and rarely got to take advantage of what they had. I also wanted a rear drive car after so many years of front and all wheel drive. I am very impressed with the overall quality of the car, and especially the quality of the ride/suspension. I have the performance non run flat tires and I think that has a lot to do with the ride.

Issue with 230i which i originally ordered is HUD get deleted.. which I love. 230i is bit lighter and RWD so bit more fun a times, but also 255Hp vs 382 HP. With M sports pkg appearance wise not much different. Also the M240 has rear differential

My local dealership just got a Brooklyn grey 230i. So i went right after work to test drive. Car interior is still in plastic. And it drives soo good!

Like you said. As cool as an M would be, I would never maximize it.

My build is a black on black. But I will have to wait till who knows when

Is that an analog dash I see? I originally ordered analog rather than the aweful live cockpit pro, but sadly to get the full adaptive headlights they force you to get the pro dash..

How do you like it? I'm sure it has just as much info as the pro dash.

I believe it's also digital but looks like analog gauges. I didn't like the pro dash, it felt like the tach was backwards even though it's more configurable and ultimately has more data available. I'm a bit old school.
