Finally got the call from my dealer. My M2 goes into production in early July. Hope to have her by the end of Aug. Toronto red, carbon roof, auto, carbon trim. Every option other than the carbon seats. Been waiting for an allocation since April of 22

The aero parts look great, really like the lower fender cutouts. It would be cool if someone could make the rear bumper vents functional

Look at them GT4 RS fenders!

I really wish there were companies who with your attention to detail would fix BMW ugly design. I get it that its not your niche, you do add on carbon bits for street racers, and you do it really well. Just sometimes I feel like we really could use a firm with your attention to detail to fix the crap BMW puts out design wise.

Like someone said, monkey in armani suit (lipstick on a pig, etc) - that is harsh and not to detract from the great work you do, yet kinda of where my mind went too.

Trunk ordered! IND-Distribution I'm surprised with no paint match option - just curious, have any insight into why? You guys did an amazing job on my front bumper retrofit a few years ago so I was sad to learn I have to go 3rd party!

The product description for the alpha-n stuff says to contact them for paint options, you should reach out to them before your oder ships.

I did! They don't offer it on the Alpha-N stuff - "We are not offering paint for Alpha-N hoods, trunks, fenders, etc."

I'm sure there's a reason for it, just curious. Love IND and the quality they put out.

I know looks are subjective, but I still don't understand how anyone thinks this car looks good. And sadly it's worse in person. But different strokes for different folks
This is quite a take because it’s literally the first time I’ve read someone thinks the car looks worse in person than it does in pics.

Ditto, totally fair if it's not your cup of tea but legitimately the first time I have heard that opinion.

First time I've read that as well but they feel how they feel. What gets me is there's 8 billion people on the planet and they don't understand how anyone thinks this car looks good. Enough said.

We apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience; we've updated our listings. Unfortunately, we're getting away from painting body panels. When painting large parts, the only way to truly make sure everything looks uniform is to blend slightly with the surrounding panels so it's best to have it done locally.

Anyone that is familiar with our paint work knows that we take it very seriously and specifically on parts for the new G87, with the body lines and a couple of the new colors, getting that uniform match without blending is fairly challenging. When you take into account the amount of time we put into prepping carbon and the extreme quality of Alpha's parts, we can't afford to accept anything less than perfection.

Alpha-N once again showing their expertise in aero development, with well developed parts that along with their high quality manufacturing standards will also fit as well as they look.

Have a lot of their parts on our F87 M2 'GTS', very excited for our G87 M2 to arrive and I'm sure a lot of these parts will be making their way on to the car.

And of course, IND are always first out of the blocks - We all just play catch up.

Spends $76K+ on a new car = Nice!
Adds up Alpha-N parts totaling almost $26K = Ramen for dinner again?!?

Oh and that's not counting install or paint, might as well drop another $7k.

I see we're just re-using mods from previous M cars and adapting them.

I've been waiting a long time to see a splitter like the E36 M3 GT.

Just didn't wanna see it on a G87 lol

With that kit you’re in G80/82 territory.

You're not wrong, but that's how modifying a car works. Drop $20k+ on pretty much anything and you're in some other car's territory. The difference is having something unique that you've made your own vs. a car from the factory. I'd take a G87 with some of the pieces from this kit over a stock G82 based on looks alone.
