Creaking sound when turning wheels

Noticed creaking sound when turning the wheels, been lowered for almost a month now with AST HAS kit and i just noticed this creaking sound coming from left front wheel when turning all the way left and right. Anybody else experienced this?

Aren’t you the wannabe mechanic who tried to install suspension parts and mucked it all up?
