Squeaky Exterior?

whats up guys. happy labor day. was washing my car last week and when i was at the front of the car, i noticed the fender and license plate area as really squeaky and almost loose feeling when going over it with my wash mitt. just seemed to be a bit more play than normal.

was wondering if this was normal with your cars (maybe one or two of you can run out and push in your front a little to see if it squeaks too) or if something came unlodged. i do have a front lip spoiler attached and has rubbed sort of hard on the ground once or twice when leaving/entering a driveway or lot.

My car is a 2022 M240ix with 4,100 miles, I checked and found nothing squeaking.

I don't know if you have the ZTK package, but if you do, there's a long, low mounted oil cooler at the front of the underside of the car. It's absolutely exposed and unprotected.

I have the ZTK and made light contact with a parking block, but it was enough to create a leak.

The oil cooler is a $645 item and not very hard to change loss of the oil could potentially lead to catastrophic engine failure.

I'm replacing the damaged oil cooler myself and adding a Turner Motorsports aluminum skid plate, which is very HD and will pretty much prevent any damage to the oil cooler short of a collision.

i do not have the ztk package, mainly to avoid extra potential headaches like that lol.

thanks for checking. mine is def squeaky. its due for its 10k oil change next month so ill ask if they can tighten things if possible.
