What are people using for a tow hook on track days?

i was looking to buy one. end up using factory tow hook. no need to spend $100+ for it. you will remove it after trackdays.

After getting lightly warned yesterday for not having a hook/strap I was going to buy a couple straps for track days. Is $125+ each really what I should expect to pay?

I don't want to use hooks because I will absolutely hit my shin on a protruding hook.
