Can you take regular pics without the weird camera settings. I’m pro mirrors and ducts so far.

Technical question: we know those lips are really sensitive and break/crack easily. Does it being "forged" make it more resistant too? Were there any tests around this?
No. It’s scraps of carbon fiber glued together and they slap a fancy name on it so you think it’s worth their price. It’s the industry’s way of using cut pieces from laid carbon. I’m all for it not ending up in the landfill but thinking forged carbon is better is just not true.

Yes but quality laid fabric with the weave lining up is much better in my opinion than scraps thrown into a mold with resin and pressed.

They also charge a premium for forged carbon fiber when it should be priced a lot cheaper

I’m a big fan of RW Carbon and bought several of their regular carbon products, but I’m not a fan of “forged” carbon.

Not having a go at the OP as it looks ok i guess, but i never understood the whole ‘forged’ carbon concept.

One of the main benefits of properly produced carbon fibre products is the strength created by laying the material in the most beneficial direction & layering it as required.

‘Forged’ carbon is basically just fancy plastic & should be priced accordingly.

All that matters is that YOU like it, as it is YOUR car.
Me…not a fan of forged CF.
But, anyhow…enjoy it!!!

If it’s good enough for Lamborghini to use it’s good enough for me.
