Downpipe <> Midpipe Fastener Torque Spec?

I just tighten till snug but I believe factory is 19nm

Turbo to downpipe 10 lbs

o2 sensor 29 lbs

Downpipe to midpipe 16lbs

I dont follow torque specs for the record though.
