How many times do you wash and wax your car?

When I get it, I plan on washing it once a week in the summer.
Waxing it once every 3 weeks or month depending on how busy I am and the weather.

I wash minimum once a week and wax about once a month, or once every 2 months. All depends on the weather, and my schedule.

Ay the benefits of a Garage and some QEW

I usually was the car once every week or two in the summer and as often as possible in the winter (which hasn't really been all that often this year since It would snow and then rain and then snow... you get the idea).

As for waxing, I've been using Zanio, so I'll do a full 3 coat new application about twice a year (once in the fall and once in the spring). Then any time during the summer when I have a little extra time, I'll add a coat or 2 of Z2. Before this winter I was able to get about 6 layers on before it started to snow (and it still looks great after almost 5 months).

Car is garaged but TiAg always looks clean.

Average a wash about once per week. It has three coats of Zaino on it so I'll 'top that up' every couple of months and do it again probably in September.

that would be my answer, btw i buffed my car today with some nxt and it looks CLEEEAN and shiny. its not even funny how many compliments i get on how clean the car is...3 people in the last couple months said "Is that a 5 series?" ----Also,everyone should invest in an electric buffer, it saves work and the results are not even comparable...

I seriously have a sickness. I can't stand a dirty car (although the weekly process is a nice stress reliever after a week of work).

Every Saturday I...
-Wash & Dry
-Clean wheels with Griots Rubber Cleaner & treat with Griots Vinyl & Rubber dressing.
-Clean windows
- Vacuum interior & quick wipedown of dash (Aerospace 303 protectant) and alum trim (damp MF towel).

~ takes about 30 mins to do everything above. Then, depending on time I...
Quick Detail
- Spray detail with Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield (HGAS) & buff with MF towel. (20 mins)

Quasi-Full detail About 1 more hour:
- Machine Polish with Menzerna Final Polish II (takes about 30 mins).
- Depending upon time contstraints, Machine apply 1-3 coats of Menzerna FMJ - without a doubt the slickest, easiest on/off stuff you'll ever put on your car (Zaino included) ~ takes about 10 mins per coat

If I have time, and my wife isn't staring daggers at me I'll top off the FMJ with some Natty Blue paste wax. Once every other month or so I'll give the car a full detail which includes stripping old wax, claybar & several grades of polish (if needed) to remove scratches, followed by copious coats of FMJ & natty blue.

I'm lazy.

Touchless auto wash every 2-3 weeks. Wax - plan on doing it once every 3-4 months.
