IND gloss black grille emblem.
Received this today. Quality is very good. Packaging was over the top, so that's good. Will swap the oem when I get home in a couple weeks.
It is very pricey, and can be had much cheaper from AutoID. I had a store credit with IND so it ended up being about the same price for me. I am probably going to see if I can put a little ppf on it. For expensive as it is for a tiny emblem, if it gets chipped I'm gonna be ticked.

AutoID is $83 plus shipping, I would assume is the entire emblem which includes the lettering & the base. It comes as one if you order the oem part. The "M2" is attached to the base with double-sided tape on the back of the letters. The base is attached to the grille with double-sided tape on the back, and the two prongs fit into two holes in the grille. It come's as one piece.

Base is black already, not needed imo. Use a trim tool and get in there from the corners. A little heat will help too.
I wasn't too happy with no 3M on the skinny pieces and in some areas the 3M sticks out more than the emblem. I used a razor and fine tuned it a bit. Word of caution, don't heat the new one too much, it will be too elastic and not stay true to it's form. Let it cool a bit and it will go back to it's correct shape. |

I bought the one from AUTOID, it does not include the base (I can post pictures a littlelater). If you read the descriptions on both websites you will see one includes the base and one doesn't. |
