They confirmed through testing on a model with ACC. Screens installed and then car driven for a week plus frequently using that system and no issues reported.

Thanks for the reply. I would still like to see a version that doesn't cover the sensor. Maybe two pieces for the center section would be an option.

It would be easy enough to cut the mesh around the sensor. It's stainless, so would not be a rust issue and you can paint the cut ends.

What radiator grille is that? I like the fact that it sits behind those two middle bars instead of covering them like the zunsport one.

I ordered that piece from radiatorgrillstore.com $70 but you can order the part from Amazon for $37 and cut it to fit the center and side ridiators as well. You would have plenty left over if you make a mistake.

My grill screens came in 2 days from England..
That's crazy with free shipping. I also have a KG Splitter coming which should complete the front end. Then I just have to figure out exhaust.

are you happy with how it turned out? i know it usually looks better IRL too. This is exactly what I want to do to make the front a bit more uniform without having to get a splitter, im a bit worried the maxtons will make it too low.

I think is what that somewhat awkward front needed and actually decided not to install the Maxton V1 splitter I had purchased in case anyone is interested. I removed the grill and had it painted for $300. You can order a new part as well for $165 plus shipping online. Did not want to wait several weeks to get it from IND, turned around time was 4 days.

It came out looking great on the paint. Was the shop able to do a nice seamless transition on the body color? Have been thinking about that as mine is going in for a front bumper work, someone back into me in a parking spot on day #1.

Came out perfect. Dropped the part to be painted with out the car to color match. If you are painting the whole bumper then probably need to bring the car so they can color match, just in case.

Does anyone know if the front lip section can be removed/replaced without taking off the entire front bumper? Looking around there it might be possible but not sure if there are hidden fasteners on the back side.

Universal comment on both changes: this should.be how the car looked by default, and completes the front.

Both item are absolutely worth it. I also have the Zunsport oil cooler screen installed, just can't see it from that angle of course.
Looks fantastic - like you said, transformative! Really fixes one of the main complaints about the look of the bumper. Finishing touch for sure. Nice job!!

Yeah can you post more specifics.. you removed the entire bumper to have it painted? What was the cost? Anything is helpful.
