It's mostly because they charge $0 ADM and they are in the Miami area. Braman WPB/JUP charges $10,000 ADM, BMW of Melbourne has a $5,000 ADM, etc…

I actually didn't go with them but Jayson did say the GM was talking to someone else about a spot so it might be them. I just didn't feel comfortable giving a $5000 deposit or running my credit now.

It was decent and yes better than any other BMW dealership in this region, but I had a few minor complaints. Holman isn't stupid, they get you in with MSRP but will try to add points on financing or lease rates. I brought my own financing to the table and I think thats why the finance guy tried so hard to sell me some bs packages lol.

If I was dealing with this in FL, I would shop out of state and do performance center delivery. Make an experience out of it. Only be out cost of a one way plane ticket and fuel for the way home.

That was my plan B lol. I did find MSRP about 3-4 hours north of me @ Fields BMW in Daytona. Third on the list.

Should be able to do it over the phone. I have spoken with easily 30+ dealers in the past 48 hours and all of them were willing to take my build and information over the phone. Unless, of course, this is your preference.

Crazy idea for US buyers. If you are looking at saving about 6k, have the option of the slick steel top, would buying from a Canadian dealer an option? We have the opposite happening now and then where Canadians go to the US to buy cars.

Assuming US citizens can buy cars in Canada.

It's doable but unless you have an address of residence there it would be tough. You'll also need somewhere to park it for a few weeks (potentially months) before you could bring it across. The big ticket wait item is once you have the car purchased you need to get a letter of compliance from BMW NA specifying the vehicle meets as US requirements. This took about 2-3 weeks for me, but I had read of people waiting more than a couple months. I'm assuming iDrive 8 is able to display speed in both km/h and mph, but if not, having it only in km/h is going cause a big headache when you try to import.

You'll need Canadian insurance, which might go back to needing an address, IDK if you'd be able to get insurance without. You'll pay import taxes on the car, which is a flat % of the value of the car.
