Stricter rules in BTCC but difficult to implement in NASCAR due to the huge speed differential on the oval tracks.

Being in London, that makes sense. Nascar is a way of life for a lot of folks in the US.

I had a college roommate try to get me into it. Tried the nascar fantasy thing. just couldn't do it. Honestly it ruined racing for me. Indy car seemed like Nascar in faster and more fragile cars. Took a while after that for me to stumble onto F1.

I mean I used to watch a lot on TV - just can't remember the names and teams. They showed it on cable regularly for sure, but now, it feels like BTCC, Porsche cups and other competitions have replaced the TV schedule more - I guess the agenda has changed.

Honestly, I enjoy watching a lot of Indy Car too - remembering names such as Hélio Castroneves first starting Indy Car, still ring familiar.

If I could start over, I'd for sure would have loved to try racing as a career
