As the name suggests i am looking for g87 DIY Stage2 software and Hardware package.
i searched this forum and did not find DIY options, most involve femto and stuff.
Experts can you please suggest the most cost effective options?

Hardware as in
catLess downpipe ,
equal length headers ,
x pipe
So on.


I am looking for revert able options in case of a warranty problem in future.
prefer to DIY .

Downpipes - Find them off FB marketplace for like $300 new

Equal length exhaust - the only real "equal length" midpipe on the market is by Active Autowerke - costs over $2k and unless you have a connect with someone at AA, you probably won't be able to find it for much lower unless you buy used.

Tune wise, you can't flash your car at home until you have the DME shipped out to Femto, and that instantly voids your warranty. There have been some cases where people have had issues with their motors while tuned and had them covered under warranty but those go with a case-by-case basis so just assume that if you tune, your engine warranty is gone.

JB4 is a piggyback and "technically" can be removed before dealer visits but dealers can:

- See abnormalities in sensor values due to the piggyback changing them
- See physical evidence of tampering with engine connections and cables.

If you care about warranty (like me), I'd say an exhaust from the downpipes back (midpipe and axleback) would be the way to go. Otherwise, you have to pay to play.
