I recall needing to make sure I had it activated on my phone before starting the car? Install/load up the app on your phone, then start up your car and connect to Android Auto. I recall it didn't show up in the app list in AA until I did this.

Waze works really well on my M2. The first time, I had to load it on my phone but then the Waze icon showed up on the Android Auto screen on my infotainment screen. Once I selected the icon, Waze went to the top and is the default nav program which comes up on Android Auto.
The only issue now is finding another voice for directions. The Dog is funny at first, but now it is getting annoying! (Suggestions welcome.) |
