Has anyone tried M8 comp wheels on the new M2?

My son is getting his M2 this week hopefully
and we are toying around with a few different
wheel options. Im going to give him my M8
Comp wheels to try on for size and provide
some wheel porn. Just wanted to see if any
one has tried it out already. Thanks.

This is the style rim we are going to try on

813M's are ET28 front and rear, going to be even more sunk in than the stock wheels by 8mm. Fronts may be dangerously close to hitting the caliper. Also if you're keeping stock tires, there's a near zero chance the stock 275/35/20 front is going to fit. Going to have to go down to 275/30/20 or 285/30/20. Can try it out though...

Thanks for the info.

Im running mine with spacers right now. 15 front and 12 rear. I do need new tires so I was going to have him just get the tires he needs.

You need massive spacers. Spacers aren't good for your suspension.

Reviving an old thread, but did you ever try the M8 wheels on the M2?

I have an F90 and G87 and thought about trying the same thing as you.
