Craziest Confrontation with a Customer
I'm in the banking business and ....as we all know...The Patriot Act requires us all to identify our customers with their government issued ID......apparently this lady I was helping just now did not agree with the act and tried to make a withdrawal without her ID....I informed her that in order to make the withdraw of CASH from "HER" account...that we would not be able to make the withdraw for her without her ID.....she then asked if I would be able to call another location's manager and ask him to vouch for her(which is impossible do to without physically looking at her)...when I said NO again....she started screaming at the top of her lungs (sort of sounded like the scream of a pterodactyl war cry) to have me write down "the fcuking number for corporate"..after writing it down for her, she proceeded to ask me to do the transaction for her..again I refused.... then....she then started to storm out of the branch....then out of NOWHERE she turned around and SCREAMED..."SUCK MY PUSSY"....(keep in mind there are other customers around with young children)
My question is: WTF inclines people to say such classless things? Could it be sexual frustration? |

I'm an insurance agent, and on multiple occasions have had people come to my office requesting quotes for their home and cars, but they refuse to give me their name, address, or ANY personal information. "Why should I have to tell you if I've been in an accident!?" they'll yell.
Had people curse me out, yell, demand the insurance companies' corporate number (even though we're an independent agency).... I think some people are just mad at life.

Then you can adjust accordingly once you find out they got 8 traffic violations and 10 accidents....and a charge to adjust the premium since they did not provide that sort of information when they purchase the insurance...

Do not get between people and their money. I know you're just obeying the law, but I'm telling you that you're going to get a lot of that as things get worse.

I work as a manager for customer accounts and their investments. I agree that there are retarded people out there that just want to complain for the sake of complaining. A common complaint we receive is when we mail a customer's check and for some reason the customer does not receive their check. We have no problem re-issuing a new check, but the customers seem to want to tell us their whole sad story of having to wait for it and how we phukt up. They do not comprehend that we can only place the check in the mail. After that it is in the hand in the post office and whoever else messes with their mail.

I'm actually going to start my own thread, I have so many. Plus I've wanted to chronicle my time as a cab driver for a while. Watch for a "Tales from behind the wheel of a cab" thread to popup shortly.

Was in the grocery store the other day shopping for food. There was an old lady who couldn't reach a loaf of bread. I watched her from down the isle as she kept asking people for help. No one would do it, they just passed by.
Finally, I reached her part of the isle and felt bad so I got it for her. She looked at the bread and told me it was not what she wanted and threw it at me. No joke. People. I'm sure there are people like that on this forum too. |

what's the big deal if you ask for ID?
Simply present it and be done... or if you don't like it, use an ATM
