I had catless dps in my car for a little bit before going back to stock downpipes but plan on reinstalling some sort of aftermarket dps after my 10k service because this shit is too quiet with just a catback, especially considering it’s a single midpipe (duals sound louder but raspier).

Currently considering getting AA catted DPs but haven’t heard them in person so I want to hear how loud it is and see if the smell is as bad as catless. If anyone has one in SoCal in the OC/SD area please hmu. If you’re also running a single midpipe that’s even better. Thanks

I have the full AA catless exhaust system, including their catted downpipes, but I’m considering going with some catless downpipes just to get a little more sound out of the car.

As it stands now though, there is no smell from the car, no CEL and a lot more sound that stock.

Do you hear turbo spool with the 400 cells? My main worry is that it’ll sound quiet from the cabin with windows down. My current system sounds decently loud from the outside but when I drive with windows down it sounds way too quiet.

I definitely hear it, though I think the front mount intakes played more of a role in giving induction sound.

For some reason I'm not really able to hear the turbo spool in the any videos online with the 400 cell. Interestingly I can always hear the turbo spool on the B58 videos.

I think I'm still convinced on getting the catted DP from Active, seems the only option I want that's set and forget for the life of the car. Hopefully mike@x-ph.com can get me set up with a good deal!
