I believe once your VIN is issued you are SOL to make any changes.

Even ignoring the upkeep, in my humble opinion they look like a rattle can job, conceal a car's lines, and have already felt played out for years.

I'm sad.
I gave up my allocation - ugly colors. Not interested.

It does if you drive it! Plus insurance, taxes, tires, maintenance.

Plus I can’t afford the $280k GT3 which may theoretically hold its value at 10k miles per year. 🤣

So has anyone here ordered Frozen Grey on a G87? Would be my go-to choice.

I just got my allocation and my CA could see the colors as an option with the start of production being 11/23. He seems to think he could have selected it right now, but of course my order would have been delayed for the frozen option. Others say it cant be selected until november.

That would be great news for me. I got my allocation yesterday and asked my CA if I can opt-in to frozen blue. They said they will get back to me on Monday. Hopefully he could do the same.

Not on an M2, but the color is on several other models.

The blue looks great. I had enough problem deciding with 5 color choices, I’m glad I didn’t have to choose between 7

Necropost... The hate here for Frozen is pretty funny, TBH. Some of the hate and snobbery brings me back to the days of the Porsche forums.

While I also wish there were other color options for '24, I am not waiting until '25 (nor am I into the flashy blue's, red's, yellow's, etc). Out of all the current colors, I have to lean white, or Frozen Grey.

I was going white but I have to say that after seeing Frozen Pure Grey real life photo's, I'm pretty blown away -- looks gorgeous IMO.

Any M2 I buy is getting full PPF and ceramic anyhow. Once done to Frozen, it's easy to take care off. The best part is it won't be like 99% of the other M2's on the road, sporting normal colors.

Placing an order for frozen grey...

On order...can't wait. Going to be a while, so I have time to prepare the wife...and my soon to be alternative sleeping arrangements.
