G87 parts diagrams? No realoem or otherwise

Hey yall!

I hadn't realized how dependent I had become on REALoem until it no longer works for me! That site only has a few of the G series, and no G8Xs at all let alone our M2s. The dealership sites, if you narrow down trying to see parts diagrams are almost blank for G87s as well, and very limited every for G80s!

Does anyone know of a source, like REALoem, where we can get exploded part diagrams of our cars? It's like trying to find that one hose, or bolt, or part that's near something else, so you look at (for example) suspension, then a yes sway bar, then you can see parts lists for that, the nuts around it and so on.

I am seriously bummed that it feels like realoem may be dead for new cars.

I've noticed this very same thing. Unfortunately REAL OEM only goes back to around 2019-2021. That's about where it seems to end for some strange reason. This is why I have to go to my local dealership occasionally & have them look up parts for me. And I guess that's why it pays to be good friends with a local parts counterman at your nearest dealership too. They will provide me with suggested list price -20% off. Which isn't too bad & better then some of the online companies will provide.

oh yeah I feel you there, but can't look on my own or find that one thing under the other thing by looking through the parts diagram. Really need that, not only for standard parts but then walking through looking for upgrades, or changes with the same compatibility.

I can't seem to find ANYONE like realoem for the newest model cars.

I completely understand & I use it for potential future upgrades & overall compatibility as well. I've noticed Real Oem is very slow to react to new models. I'll ask a few of my friends, including a BMW service advisor who's become a good friend over the years & see what he says.

This is the best alternative to RealOEM I've seen in years. Everyone should bookmark this link.
