Historically, has BMW implemented aesthetic changes along with performance increases BEFORE an LCI? Sounds wacky and illogical.

Is this a true increase in power or is it simply what was there from the start considering a couple of pages down the dyno test showed the m2 having 477 hp and here it says they increased it to 475 so i guess we will have to find out when new delivered comes along of this version when they dyno it if it then shows 477 again then its what was there from the start, if the then shows above 480+ then i guess it i will be a real increase.

I expect it'll be called M2 Comp...
This is not surprising.

They left plenty of space in the "looks dept" for improvement too, though I doubt they'll do much.

Main changes I expect, besides the HP increase:
- higher price
- forged wheels
- Automatic will come with AWD
- Manual with RWD

No they will beeotch about weight and hope you all click so they get paid doing shite lol. They will point to the car and say it has wheels and a gearbox. Both brain cells needed for just that.

Most important, will it come with that new key dude wanted?

Tag What’s your best guesstimate this non detuned M2 will premium over the ‘24’s $63.2k? An extra $3k seem realistic while accounting for inflation remaining at current rates?

I’m really convinced we got a great deal on the ‘23 now.

IMO, they will raise the price 1K-2K, have us pick carbon seats without the track pac (2500) for MY25. But somehow we will end up with same price as loaded MY23-24 because of base price increase.

At these power levels, it's not like you can feel 25 BHP anyway.

They typically raise it $1k for each model year. MY23 base price was $62,200, MY24 base price went up to $63,200. So long as it doesn't get a Competition designation, I expect its base price to be $64,200.

Sure hope they're going to bump the power of the base trims too. Base trim should get a bump to 503 and Competition in both RWD and xDrive should get in the range 518-525.

The first page of this thread is basically pure satire. And I strongly approve.

But back to seriousness: the M3 resale is plummeting instantly on this news

M4 maybe, but M3 will remain OK since it's a sedan.
