Screen Tray

Anyone else tried one of these? Not sure how I feel but for a few bucks I thought I would take a look, as it for sure solves the sunglasses problem.

I haven't placed with adhesive yet, slightly worried about the heat on the dash making that a forever thing.

Soft touch, well made and fits perfectly.

I wonder if blutack would be a safer adhesive option because I agree that regular adhesive has a high probability of ruining the dash.

Thanks for sharing this, I went ahead and ordered one to give it a spin. If I didn't want to keep it, can always donate to my daughter's G42.

My sunglasses go in the phone warmer tray or the center console. I've got a center console organizer tray, think it was $11 on amazon.

Can't get a tray if you have the manual+wireless.

I think it can get melty, but I found some anecdotes of people using it to hold figurines on their dash (I don't know why people are BT'ing figurines on their dash).

I took it out since I wasn't ready to commit to the glue and without it was starting to rattle. Will look more into options another time.. open to other's ideas though.

I once left sunglasses on the dash, while at work one day. Came out after work, and the black coating on the lenses had cracked and lifted in the heat. Expensive lesson learned.

I壇 never put anything on the dash, and this tray for me is a serious no.

I'm fortunate enough to park in garages 99% of the time.

I am in garages sometimes, but I put up a windshield screen 100% of the time I park outside.

I believe in those.
