Awesome opportunity for someone. I've had a touring exhaust on my previous Audi and absolutely loved it. Great quality and sound.

Thank you everyone who replied!

I think we are set with a car, but if that changes I will update the post.

Agreed. I ended up with an AWE Touring rear end on my 18 Mustang. Sounded incredible with ARH long tubes into a Corsa double x (was full corsa originally but got too trumpety with the addition of long tubes). Big thanks to John over there at AWE to get that set up. I reached out to AWE a few times over the last year and they just didn't have anything developed yet for the G87 which was the only reason I started looking at alternatives. Glad to see they are getting in the mix now!

Please let the Touring actually sound tame. I had an AWE Touring on my GR86, and while it sounded good, it was ridiculously loud.

Had the AWE Touring rear paired to a Corsa double X and ARH long tubes on my Mustang. Combo was glorious. It really came together with the AWE addition cleaning up the trumpety tone the Corsa Xtremes had after the long tubes. Also had more character in lower rpms but still screamed up top. Top notch imo.

Hey man, how are you enjoying the M2? My car is built and waiting for transport😁. I am concerned that I will miss the sound of the Coyote.

Glad you almost have her! I'm loving it. No regrets on the upgrade to the G87. The sound is a bit lacking from the factory but easily fixed. AWE would have been my first option to look at but at the time I took delivery and started modding they didn't have any offerings yet. Went with the AA EL mid and that by itself made a world of difference. Will likely add their valved axleback at some point since you maintain oem valve control and maybe their catted DP. If it were available at the time I totally would have looked at the non resonated switch path version of the AWE.

Thanks for the support, personally I believe the G87 EL MP is the best sounding of all the EL models we make, even the G80.

This might be a dumb question but would the axle back work with the Dinan Midpipe?

I’m pretty sure that you have to use the AWE midpipe for their catback to work.

You can keep the stock mid pipe or you can use the AWE non-res mid pipe with our catback.

Other aftermarket mid pipes may work but have not been test fitted so having to modify is likely.
