Has anything been removed from 24 vs 23 other than the leather steering wheel cover and the rear USB ports for passengers?

Rear climate control. So it is not any more 3 zone climate control it is only 2.

It seems as though sometimes the online builder shows the 24 M240i without an aluminum dead pedal and sometimes with. Anyone with a 24 that can confirm one way or the other?

I have it with aluminium mine is a 24 with all the options except wirless charging if that matters

Maybe it’s just a glitch in the online configuration tool.

My 24 still has the aluminum dead pedal. Still haven't taken the blue plastic wrap off of it lol

I just picked up my MY24 on Saturday and can confirm the dead pedal is no longer aluminium. Didn’t notice it until I saw this thread, now kind of annoyed.

Other changes include:

- Removal of leather stitching style on steering wheel (thought I’d have this but it still feels really nice, you’d never know)

- removal of rear climate control. Now I always deactivated my rear climate anyway but still feels cheaper now

I deactivate my rear climate to try and waste less heat and burn less fuel. Not sure if that logic actually works but now I cannot lockout the rear does that mean I’m just blowing hot air into the back and wasting it and burning more fuel. I shut the vents but still those fans are blowing right, wasting energy?

- Mild hybrid. There was another thread on would the car be MH. I can confirm the answer is no and the ASS button still remains.

I got my 23 in October and still has the blue on it as well. Glad to see I’m not the only one.

Don't be - I dont think UK 23 spec cars had an aluminium one - my MY23's is black plastic. F series 2ers had an M Perf pedal cover set available that had a stick on aluminium dead pedal - there may be a G42 equivalent?

That’s an AC set, genuine BMW M performance ones are around £120 - for the set of 3! Oddly IIRC, the footrest is £80 on its own lol.

Picked my MY24 (EU) today and dead pedal is aluminium. Car is 10/23 build. I have all options including ZTK, except sunroof and steering wheel heating.
