Further to my software and error code issue...I did some digging and discovered that a low-battery condition may result in a "Chassis Stabilization" warning alert.

As I travel for expended periods, I put the M2 on the charger and I did indeed find the battery was somewhat low.

The car had been driven for a couple of hours 2-weeks ago...what on earth could cause a battery drain in such a short time?

Or is that typical and I need to place the battery on a trickle charger whenever I'm away?

Yeah, I had applied an update last week but did not pay attention to the version number.

I got a notification while I was on my bike trainer this morning that the update was completed. I thought you had to be in the car to start the update.

Something is fishy. I highly doubt it, but I hope the coding isn't confusing it somehow.

Don’t worry, the app was bugged out and it’s just telling you the car was updated now, from when you did it

There are so many electronics in these cars, I would keep it on a tender if not driven regularly.

I was hitting the physical Media button and then selecting CarPlay. That's how my CA showed me.

I was not aware that icon was for CarPlay. Yikes.

Latest update seems to have stopped the i-drive welcome/startup sound when opening the driver's door. Anyone else notice this? Or have a way to re-enable it?

Reset iDrive by holding down the mute button for 90 seconds.

Is there a way to get the new M2 style gauge after the upgrade? After i upgraded i saw it then i took the car off and on and now i can’t seem to find it in any mode.

Don't mean the actual M2 cluster, there was a view that has the mph slanted on the left after the upgrade which i cant seem to find in any menu.

You’re saying that there was a view with a speedometer to the left on your M2, that isn’t Road or Sport cluster modes?

Car updates this morning, eastern canada.
But since it’s not happy to be driven right now and going in to the dealer. I can’t tell you if the update did anything.

Actually this is the layout in this video, it's at 4:58. when i started up i was able to see if after the update now it seemed to vanished.
