That's what that Ed bolian guy from YouTube was doing and why he's so desperate to normalize this form of tax fraud. When he was selling lambos he was setting up fake Montana LLCs to avoid taxes.

Tax fraud is bad. But setting up a business that only exists to commit tax fraud for others, that's REALLY bad. So he's desperate to make it seem harmless and normal and everyone can and should do it so he doesn't have guys in prison setting up their own LLCs inside him every night.

Wow man this is pretty low. Never thought Id see someone one here pretty much wishing prison and rape on someone for being financially savvy.

Nah, ed's a douchebag who is everything wrong with big parts of the car community. He's gonna make someone a very nice girlfriend in prison, of very whiney.

My disgust for these people is well placed. Being a tax cheat is bad enough, but helping others cheat is beyond scum. I have extreme contempt for ALL tax cheats.

I don't think he's going to prison as tax fraud enforcement seems to be at an all-time low these days. I also don't agree with wishing a prison rape on anyone.

That said, this isn't financial savvy. It's tax fraud, and I agree that doing it is terrible and selling it as a service to other tax cheats is worse.

Tax avoidance is savvy, tax evasion is criminal. Don't confuse them.
