I have been trying to track my new M2 but when I called genius they told me they can’t tell me where it is.

Anyone know if they are generally not allowed to give out this info in Europe?

I'm from the UK and since we've Brexited I'm not a huge help. Prior to breixt we could track though and we still can. When did you place your order. Have you got a VIN?

no... as prediction for you.. it took 4 month from build date to delivery

Placed order in Juli and yes I have a vin. I called them up and they told me they can’t give me that information …

My dealer was able to provide updated steps of production and when it was out for shipping. I deduced the ship it was on and when it would arrive to Germany in Bremerhaven. It was not difficult. My sales representative was excellent.

How long did it take from arrival at port to delivery? And do you know how long it took to update the status from arrived at port to whatever comes after?
