You don't see a status 150 yet, because they have not begun this phase of production.
That is why I went with a used (7k miles) M8 until I get the M2 on-site.
When I get a production week for the M2 order, that is when I will make the decision to ditch the M8 and go with the M2 or stay with the M8.

You are already proven wrong. So far 160 allocations have been released. 38 of them have hit status 150. Only 122 remain in status 111 or 112. Do you want to start retracting your statements?

By the way, I have the national pipine pulled up in front of me now. Does your service writer have this information? I'm guessing not since he gave you some very inacurate information.

Newbie here. Do we have any idea how many more could be released? Does it work like a monthly ratio of release?

You do realize that BMW sells cars in other countries.

There are around 4,400 BMW dealers in 150 countries.

Do the math.

That means he has accounted only for M2s that are bound for the US market. This car is manufactured at ONE plant only. 366 US BMW dealers are less than 4000 dealers in other parts of the world. The US is not the only market for the M2.

111 means a little more than nothing, you don't even have an production number at 111, try adding a 111 vehicle to MyBMW, see what you get.
111s will take 12 months to clear, at a minimum.

I have plenty of knowledge and my Service Advisor, has way more juice than all of the poseurs and experts floating around here.

As to what I drive, you are just jelly that I can get any car I want, regardless of cost.
