What else did you want her to do? Give you the name of the mechanic who was going to be adding your port-installed options? Their phone number so you could call and ask them how it went? They only have so much information available to them, and you exhausted most of that in your second sentence.

I was hoping to get an ETA. I am out of the country so I need to plan accordingly.

They can't give you one. Your car has to be delivered to port, when it gets there it has to wait for a boat assignment which may be the next boat to port, or it may be the one after that. Once it's on the boat, the boat might be delayed for any number of reasons. Once it gets to the next port, you have to wait in line for shop time.

Waiting isn't fun and it would be nice to plan ahead but this wasn't a case of someone who just didn't feel like helping you.

I think we’re getting offloaded at some point today because I do not see Glovis listed in the expected arrivals list for Baltimore port. I’m hoping for a status change today.

My CA did contact me this morning and said it should be to port any day now. He didn’t have any additional ETA info, other than what I already new. He thinks it will arrive in TN the end of next week, or the early the following week. You taking delivery in TN also?

I haven’t got any update either. I’m certain they are on the way to Baltimore. It’s kinda hard to just miss several vehicles on a ship lol. I’m sure we’re all en route. Either that or for some reason genius gave us wrong information, which I kinda doubt.
