from a long time yankees fan, the red sox are a truly remarkable franchise. i give them props all day, well deserved. francona is 8-0 in the WS unbelievable.

2004 was sweet, but I can get very used to celebrating titles (and I think there are more to come).

You seriously ruined it with Romney being thrown in there. I would hope all Mass people would not want him to win nor would they want him tried to us. He is a joke and is destroying himself.

Glad the sox won, although they are just like the Pats now not really fun to watch. Although can't wait for next weeks game.

Last night was crazy, we went downstairs to the bar when they won and had a drink and then I remember going to bed around 2am and still being woken up by several drunk fans screaming haha.

Yeah well I live in a mid-rise, like 21 floors and the building next door which is part of the same complex is the one with the bars/restaurants. We have a seafood place, italian, and a sandwich place.

I beg to differ...the Sox team is a lot of fun to watch...so many heroes...

1) Lowell is worthy of a pay raise and just plays a steady defensive game, and has a lot of heart at the plate.
2) Jacoby Ellsbury...everythnig that kid does is magic...he's going to be exciting to watch over the next few years.

Its a new team compare to 2004, and more chemistry and surprises from the rookies. Just wish the Japanese pitchers can endure longer games. They got tired too easily starting the 5th inning.

I heard Boston Police made 37 arrests, but no one was injured.
Also heard many vans and cars got flipped over! Must be Northeastern kids did those! Shame that I graduated from there...
