Hi everyone I wanted to check in and ask about any issues anyone here has faced with and after installing lowering springs. And want a general overview and expertise and opinions on what to do and how to do. I’m highly leaning towards getting them as the bone stock ride height of the m240i is a bit of a joke. I’m thinking of Dählers, Eibach and MSS (and any other that you all suggest I’m all ears).

I too am considering these spring options. I hate fender gap.

I'm also curious for those that have lowered their cars, if and lower control arms or toe arms are necessary for proper alignment. I had a full HKS coil over suspension on a 17 WRX and rear lower control arms and rear toe arms were not optional.

Honestly almost every new car sold needs and I mean needs springs and spacers from factory. If you are going to do anything to the car at least do that, the car will look so much better. Could you shocks wear out faster? I mean they knock from factory anyway if anything giving you an excuse to slap a kw edc kit on the car should be welcome.
