Personal choice but still want opinions/ideas
Hi all,
Help me decide what to do about wheels will you, it's driving me mad!!! Was after a set of RGR, RS-GR, or LMR reps but I just can't find any at all. So now I have to rethink my wheels choice so I want some ideas and opinions from you guys. I know this is a personal choice and I really shouldn't care what anyone else thinks but I've become so obsessed with the BBS reps I can't see anything else! Requirements are: 19" Staggered Deep dish Ideally gunmetal centre but not a priority anymore. And............. GO! |

What's your budget? What if they're not reps... what if they're OEM, deep dish, step lip etc?

Budget - £800ish just for rims (got tyres waiting)
Oems - even better but doubt I'll get anything decent with that budget which is why I'm looking at reps. I'd set my mind on a set of RGR's with gunmetal center but they're just not available in a BMW fitment. So looking for others now, just something a little different but not over the top! And nothing like that mental dude on here with orange rims................ just messin |

I have the same dilemma myself.
One minute I want deep concave rims and then the next I want deep dish.. just couldnt decide. I'm now thinking the good old CSL reps in hyper silver. 19x8.5 et35 & 19x9.5 et25... at least thats the last email I sent Chris at CMWeels.. and then I saw the photos thread where someone in the states has just put some Blitz Technospeed with a huge dish on his E90 and they look immense... I'ts a hard choice |

Yes I love the flat deep lip set-up as well but where can you get these types of rim from for a reasonable price.. I mean your budget is about what I would be willing to pay for such as set.

^^^^ good question!!!! And there's the problem. I keep finding wheels on a google image search that just look awesome, then they're either super expensive (which I could guess really) or just not available anywhere.
Need to get a set soon before I spend my wheel money on beer, whilst looking for wheels |

AWBimmer - the ones on the link don't have a stepped lip (or doesn't look like they do)
Not So keen on the step lip in this style, makes the centre look really small and therefore the wheel looks small |

Something about those BBS's that make your car rims/wheels look 2 inches smaller than if you bought ones without the lip.
Dat optical illusion...is it just me? Never been a fan of these kind of rims. Compared to |
