Ordering one. Is this a good deal? Help me out

I am about to pull the trigger on E92 328i.
I am a complete newbie when it comes to car buying.
Can someone check if this is a decent deal?

328i Alpine White
ZPP Premium Package
205 6-Speed STEPTRONIC Automatic Transmission
ZSP Sport Package
ZCW Cold Weather Package
6FL iPod and USB Adapter
2XA Paddle Shifters
4AD Brushed Aluminum Trim

MSRP $42,850
INVOICE $39,470

They are offering me $40,850 including all processing fee, advertising/ service training fee.

How does this look?

Hmmm $1400 over invoice for an E92 328i is a little bit on the high side IMO. Remember that the E92s are no longer in high demand (at least not here in CA). Im sure you can get a few hundreds off of that.
