Post Can't Find It...Why Is It Bad To Idle Car On Winter Warm Up?

somebody posted a very detailed explanation on why its bad to leave the car on idle on a winter warm up. something about the oils not moving and reaching the cylinders causing wear or something like that.

anyone know what im talking about?
