E90 LCI Xenon Retrofit

What is involved in retrofitting xenons to a LCI E90? Is it just coding or does the xenon headlights also require wiring harness modification?

What about adaptive xenons? Is this any more different?

Anyone able to help? All the guides i have seen are for pre LCI.
