Lip Spoiler Installed (Finally!)

I ordered my car back in early May and it was 7-8 weeks for delivery. During that time I told my SA to add the lip spoiler to my order..for whatever reason (laziness, lack of attention to detail) it didn't get added and I didn't want to wait any longer once the car arrived. My SA still hadn't even ordered it... So fast forward a few weeks with the car and i knew I needed something for the rear ( still want the diffuser) so today I got it installed. I think it gives the car the right amount of "flair", i think only the Luxury line shouldn't have some type of spoiler (CF or Lip). It's the M Performance one Part # 51192354500 $220 + $120 to paint from getbmwparts.com wasn't the fastest shipping, but it came painted and matches perfectly so it was worth the wait!

It comes matte black but i opt'd to paint it to match the Mineral Grey

Thanks! Now time to get my money together for the rear diffuser and I think I'll be done with exterior mods for awhile!

The spoiler looks great. I am going to order the same one. I just wasn't sure if I was going to have them paint it or not. But if you said the paint came out nice and matches, then I'll have them paint it. How long did it take to arrive from when you ordered it?

I like it, much better than the larger one. I just wish it came in carbon (not from some eBay vendor)

It took about 2 weeks to arrive. And try ask for your VIN to verify you paint. Actually I think this is a BMW dealership in Maryland and they just have an online store so should be legit. I'm more than happy with it.

We do send these out on an individual basis to get painted, so they take a little while to come back before we can ship - but they turn out great!! Thanks again!
