M Sport Steering Wheel Question

Hi,

Does anyone know if the wiring from an E90 msport steering wheel is the same as a E87(1 Series) M sport steering wheel?
Airbag plugs, multi function buttons. As far as I can see they look the same.

They have similar modules so my guess would be that they are compatible.

cheers sam, picked up a E90 Msport wheel for a bargain but it didn't include buttons or wires for airbag. Car needs an MOT before I get the airbag but looking for the other parts now.
