Anyone changed e90 seat covers?

Just purchased some pre-LCI electric heated memory seats but I want to put them in my LCI and keep them manual.. easiest way being to swap the leather covers over to my LCI frames. So, is it a difficult job? Is it possible as a DIY home job? Thanks Jordan
