On some KW V1's with about 10k mi on them for 600 shipped. What do you guys think? I think it's a rather good price, any one else ?

The last picture it looks like the rear strut dust boot is broken loose from the bumpstop assembly. That should be covering the chrome strut rod and helping to keep it clean.

Here is My advice when buying used mono tubes.
Ask the seller to make a video of him pressing down on shock and observe rebound.
If its all good then buy them
When you get them go to any place in your are that rebuilds shock and re-pressurize the nitrogen charge to manufacturer`s specs on all 4 (150-225PSI).

I do see that, however i don't think it's a deal breaker, a little superglue should fix that up no prob lol
