Production completed Jan. 4th- When will it come?
Hey,
I' dont know if i can wait any longer...I called the 1-800 BMW number and found out that my production will be completed on January 4th. I ordered the car on December 11th. People who have been through this before, how long will it take from production completion to delivery? thanks |

My car is on the high seas... but I'll at least share my experience.
From production completion - it took me about 10-11 days to get on a ship. The voyage to NY is 11 days. After that - you'll spend likely 3-4 days docking and at the VPC. Your dealer should get it 1-2 days after that since you're in NY already. So I would say from today - you have about 4 weeks if everything goes smoothly at each stage. I ordered my car on 12/12 BTW - so it's strange you're not on a ship already. |

Mine will be complete on 1/11. Maybe we'll be on the same ship.
Exciting stuff!

My car is scheduled to complete production on the 10th. I'm in the Phoenix area. What's the port of entry and how much longer does it take to get over than an east coast car?

your car will be completed on my birthday! Jan. 11
I have been waiting for a ship at the port of exit since Jan. 6th. Seems like forever though! My production completed on Jan 4th. so it took them 2 days to ship the car to the port. Next ship leaves on the 9th, then 12th, 13th, 16th. can't wait! |
