E90 MSport saloon questions

Morning all, time has now come to spend some money on the bimmer and get her looking a bit sharper.

At present mine is an Alpine white 318d m sport business edition Saloon with 18" Mv3 alloys.

Looking to know:

SPACERS: can I fit these using the standard mv3 alloys and tyres. was thinking 15mm rear and 10mm front just to give it a better stance and will this look better on the standard M Sport suspension.

MUDFLAPS: I am a lover of these, again with the m sport can i get a direct fit or do they require cutting.

KIDNEY GRILLS/BLACK EXTRAS: Where is the best place to pick up Black Kidney grills and mirror covers?

EXHAUST TIP: Anyway i can change the tip from a single to a double (325d look) without replacing the back box?

As always i appreciate anyones time and efforts in the above.

Hey, yeah you might be better with 12mm on the rear and 10mm on the front on the spacer front.

Mudflaps... DONT DO IT!!!! The horror oh the horror! LOL

Kidney grills, well all depends on whether you want genuine BMW ones or copies. I bought mine from BMW £90 but genuine parts cost money. Again mirror covers if you want black just search eBay for Black ones straight swap same goes for Carbon.

Exhaust tips theres a thread on this at the moment loads of places can do that for you prices vary, depends on the place.

If your ever unsure just search google "bmw e90 blah blah blah" someone will of asked the question .

OK having done some investigation into the mud flaps you guys may be right, but they again who was I to doubt your opinion. So this is where I currently am.

SPACERS: Seen a lot about 10mm Front and 15mm rear. Would this look, change the look of the car. Am sitting with 18" MV3's on Standard M Sport Suspension and to be honest the photos I have seen just doesn't seem to change the look of the car or its stance. On 19" yeah the difference can be seen but that's another £1-2k for wheels and tyres. (Anyone who can offer photos and prove am wrong I would be more than happy to see)

KIDNEY GRILLS: BMW Performance is who I would buy all the stuff from, If I can keep it to genuine BMW parts I would be more than happy. And the quality will be there also.

EXHAUST TIP: Spoke to a local company who can fabricate the 325 duel tips for me, only making them just slightly larger to give the rear end a much bigger presence. The 318d Badge I will have taken off at some point to hide the cars under bonnet engine.

Good idea on the exhaust tips. The standard oval is nasty.

When I had MV3s (on my E92) I ended up with 15mm front and rear. Made a massive difference to the look. Pics:

Reg spacers is your car lci e90? I had 10f/15r on mv3's but it wasn't enough imo and I will try 15f/20r . My car is pre lci and lowered on eibachs sportlines. Go for genuine grills or paint yours.
