Not a fan. Plus, for anyone interested in tuning, and aftermarket performance parts, BMW will continue to have MUCH more support than Jaguar. I'm also not a fan of the supercharger on there, a turbo is more efficient, and i'm sure offers more tune-ability than a supercharger, let alone upgrading to a bigger turbo is always an option once demand is met versus a supercharger doesn't really leave as much on the table.
BMW>Jaguar

More pics and info here:
http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/News/Se...2015-baby-Jag/ I personally like the looks but I think the interior is very 2007. I am sure it's comfortable in high quality but it looks dated and lacks ergonomics of BMW or sleek layout quality of the new C Class. On a grand scale of things, I just don't see anything special here. I can't see myself picking this over the C class, BMW, S4, or over Infiniti Q50 or Lexus IS. I think Jag should stick to making luxury sedans and sports coupe's. |

My bad, not owned by Ford anymore as of 2008. Now part of Tata Motors of India (love the name)...
From Wikipedia (a source that I trust blindly) On 26 March 2008, Ford announced that it had agreed to sell its Jaguar and Land Rover operations to Tata Motors of India, and that they expected to complete the sale by the end of the second quarter of 2008.[45] Included in the deal were the rights to three other British brands, Jaguar's own Daimler, as well as two dormant brands Lanchester and Rover.[46] On 2 June 2008, the sale to Tata was completed at a cost of £1.7 billion.[47][48][49]

I prefer the styling to the current 3 series, which has too many gimmicky details for me. The aluminum body is a huge advantage and supercharged V8 will be a beast. Well done Jag (Tata).

I could be wrong but isn't the genesis sedan the size of a 5 series and not sporty like a 3 series? I know the genesis coupe is like an E92 or G37 coupe.

I think it looks great! Really curious to see how reviews turn out. Others have come out with cars before intending to compete with the 3-series and so far no one has truly succeeded. It'd be interesting to see some real competition.

I like the looks and the exclusivity a Jag would bring to the table--so few of them anywhere in the States.
However, I don't like the idea of jumping from a high-maintenance sub-par reliability automobile into a high-maintenance even-more-sub-par reliability auto.
