Chassis Stiffening Plate - Bolts Reusable?

I'm contemplating changing my transmission fluid again. Last time I recall reading that the bolts on the stiffening plate needed to be replaced - so I did. However,
I don't recall these as aluminum stretch bolts. I've since been looking at various DIYs and none mention replacing the bolts.

Advice appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes reusable. They are steel bolts threading into the steel chassis. One time use bolts are marked with a blue head and are aluminum and are found on the engine.
