Miss my E90
Cheating on my girl tonight. Dropped her off for service and was loaned an F30 for the night... So far I'm not a fan of the stereo system or simple look of the interior. However, this thang is fast!

Same here--dropped it off yesterday morning. Get this, I was loaned a brand new X4. In Melbourne Red Metallic.
....and....I like it.

My service advisor loves me. I swear I probably personally made him a manager there, with all the business I bring in.
And that X4 is pretty bad-ass in its way.

Which F30 did you get? 320? 328? 335? The 320 isn't too shabby. The 328 though is pretty darn quick! Hits 60 in the mid-high 5s range!
I'll admit I wasn't a big fan of the F30 328 when I got one as a loaner, but I received a later model F30 320 and the biggest issue I had with it, the steering, was much better to the point where I could see myself being happy with one later down the road. The interiors are also better on models that are higher-spec (sport line, luxury line, etc.) not sure if you got a base model one or what. The F30 also at least has REAL CUPHOLDERS haha.

i was just in the shop and was driving one as well. the HUD is cool and the power is great, but i felt to open in the car. when i returned it, i was a little skeptical that it would change how i felt about my 2008 328i, but it made me love it more. i love the more enclosed feeling that the older models have. the new one was too open feeling for me, not to mention the steering wasnt tight at all.

Starting to consider trading mine in for one, or might as well go for a 335, but then again I’ve only had my E90 for a few months so maybe I should keep it a few years before making the trade to enjoy the full e90 experience. It’s not bad for my first bimmer.

Ya definitely at least enjoy it until the warranty is up.
