I think the stock yellow looks mean but wouldn't fault anyone for swapping to a crisp white

There are 2 ways to get your AEs as DRL.

First find out if your car's production is march 2007 or later or earlier than that.
Go to Realoem.com enter the last 7 of your VIN in the serial text.

If march 2007 and later then you have a FRM2 module (drivers side footwell module). The correct way is to code your AEs as DRL.

If your car is Pre March 2007 then you have FRM1.
Then the only way is to install a DAEOS Vista Harness. $50.
Easy install if you do it yourself.

I like amber on my BSM. Go against the grain.

I have been debating this myself and to be honest, the amber is not bad. I stopped one early morning to get donuts , had the car running with the parking lights on, looked back at the car and it looked good! Still torn though..

White LED's look so much cleaner. To run them as DRL's just code your car

Actually, with the Grain is Amber, cause that is stock and majority.

But I totally get what you mean.

Not sure if you have a Coupe or Sedan, but In Order to make them Brighter.... You will need higher Wattage LEDs.
Or replace the AE rings with LED rings....you have to take your Headlight Apart.... Real PITA.
