Is this possible? Help is greatly appreciated...
Hi my name’s Robert Rhau and I plan on purchasing a 2008 BMW 335i. My credit scores right now with Transunion, Experian, and Equifax are 604, 644, and 699 respectively. I’m planning on trading my care in to Carmax and the car is a 2006 Mustang in Good condition, on KBB the trade in value is about 12,000 im expecting to get no less than 8K for it.
I'm looking to find a Sparkling Graphite with Sport Package, Steptronic and Padde Shifters at the very least. Some of the other options I was looking for are Comfort Access, Navigation, Satellite Radio, Ipod + USB Adapter. I priced it all at invoice should be around $43,135. I’m expecting to negotiate to about $1K over invoice, if that’s not realistic what pricing can I expect over invoice if I choose one off the lot? Can I expect to find one with these options at a dealer? 0.0020 Base Rate Lease 7 Additional Security Deposits… 0.00151 New Base Lease Rate w/ Security Deposit 0.58 36 month lease off of MSRP 15,000 Miles/year (44,135*- 25,163)/36= $527 Depreciation *Price is including what I hope to be $1k over invoice (44,135 + 25,163) x 0.00151= $104 $527 + $104= $631 I wasn’t sure if I calculated everything correctly. If I wanted to calculate the monthly payments including tax and all that where would I add that to the formula's? I don’t work but have proof that I’ve had a steady amount of cash flow coming in for the past year. Enough to be able to cover the cost of the car with plenty left over. My question is will I be approved without a cosigner? I am looking to lease within the next 2 weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated since I’m new at this. |

alright so i'll consider adding the premium package... this may sound a bit strange... but i dont like leather... i prefer the leatherette on BMW's... I had leatherette on my 323 and i loved it... btw does the premium package come with navigation?
but thanks for your help guys I appreciate it but asif163 did you have your taxes rolled into your monthly payments btw? should i contact an internet sales manager instead, because i dont want to have to deal with a salesman? |
